Joseph C. Wilson

Joseph C. Wilson is a licensed Texas real estate broker with more than 30 years of experience in industrial, logistics, investment, and commercial real estate across the United States, Mexico, and Latin America.

Over his career, he has participated in the sale of more than $900 million in real estate assets, representing corporate users, developers, investors, and property owners.

A graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in International Trade and Economics, Wilson began his career in Mexico City as an industrial broker with Cushman & Wakefield. He later founded his own Mexican real estate firm and served as the exclusive representative for Exel DHL throughout Mexico and Central America. During more than a decade in the region, he advised multinational corporations, including Lucent Technologies, Avaya, and Trane, on site selection, industrial development, logistics facilities, and corporate real estate strategy.

After returning to Texas in 2010, Wilson founded JC Wilson International, providing brokerage, consulting, and advisory services for the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of industrial real estate. He has represented GBP Industrial on numerous transactions across Texas and other states.

Wilson is also an expert in ranch, recreational, and land brokerage. Throughout his career, he has represented buyers and sellers in numerous notable transactions. Fluent in English and Spanish, Wilson combines international experience, market knowledge, and strategic negotiation to help clients identify opportunities and maximize asset value.
